This form is perfect for a medium to large tattoo idea that you have or if you want multiple small tattoos at once! For anything bigger than 8 inches, check out my full day sessions!

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. You are allowed one reschedule with your deposit, after that if you need to reschedule again you will be charged another deposit. Cancellation will result in the loss of your deposit.
